This congealed salad has just the right spice to bring the holidays into your summer party. Fresh peaches mixed with cinnamon and clove give you that bright juicy summer flavor with the warmth of cinnamon and clove gives the spice of the holidays.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup peach nectar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 12 cloves
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 cups peeled and coarsely chopped ripe GA peaches
- 1 3 oz package orange/orange-pineapple gelatin
- 3/4 cup cold water

Instructions
- in a large saucepan, add peach nectar, vinegar, sugar, cloves, and cinnamon.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add peaches & simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove peaches & discard cloves.
- Measure one cup of syrup mix & add gelatin to syrup.
- Add cold water & peaches. Mix well.
- Chill until slightly thickened.
- Pour into a mold pan and chill until firm. If there is extra syrup, discard or save for future use.
