Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can sliced peaches or fresh
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken tenders or breast
- Kosher salt and finely ground pepper

- Place peaches in food processor and process until smooth puree.
- Add the oil and honey and process briefly to blend. Transfer to a large Ziplock bag. Add the chicken pieces and close, squeezing out air. Chill at least 15 minutes or overnight.
- Prepare grill, heat to medium or preheat broiler. Remove chicken pieces and place on plate lightly salt and pepper and place on grill. Cover and cook until charred underneath 4-5 minutes turn and cook 4-5 minutes more. (For tenders cook 3-4 minutes each side, for chicken bone in 30-40 minutes.)
