Peaches and Pork Stir Fry

Pork and Peach Stir Fry is your answer to your Chinese fix at home. This pork and peach stir fry marinated with ginger, Chinese five spice, and soy sauce packs that Asian flavor with the Georgia grown peaches that we all love.

  1. Freeze pork until firm enough to slice easily, about 30 minutes. Cut against the grain into thin slices. Sprinkle with the cornstarch.
  2. In a large bowl, combine broth, ginger, egg white, garlic, soy sauce, and five-spice. Add the pork, toss to combine and allow to marinate 30 minutes.
  3. In a large non stick frying pan over medium-heat , heat 2 tsp oil for 1 minute. Add the pork and marinade. Stir fry for 3 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Remove the pork from the pan. Add the remaining oil to the pan. Add the peaches and stir fry about 30 seconds.
  5. Add the pine nuts, green onions, and pork. Stir fry until heated through.

Recipe Notes

To toast nuts, spread on baking sheet and cook in 375 degree oven for 5-8 minutes or until fragrant.
