This sweet Mexican favorite is a top seller here at Dickey Farms. For those that aren’t luck enough to get it while we have it in stock, here is the recipe for our sweet, salty and spicy peach salsa. Great for tailgating, super bowl parties, or your average backyard BBQ.

Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped peeled fresh peaches
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet onion Vidalia onions preferred
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp finely chopped seeded fresh jalapeno pepper
- 1 Tbsp snipped fresh cilantro
- 1 clove garlic minced
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
- cover and chill for 1-2 hours
Recipe Notes
Great with fish, chicken, or pork chops. Top a baked potato or snack on with chips.
