Peach? With Mustard? I know, how could that possibly sound good? But believe me, this is a BBQ sauce that will slap your taste buds and have you coming back for more. Put it on pork or chicken and I promise it’ll be your new summer grilling favorite, it’s just that good.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup whole grain mustard
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 3/4 cup peach jam
- 1 tbsp bourbon
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until translucent, about almost completely reduced and the mixture looks like wet sand, about 4 minutes.
- Whisk in both mustard and jam until jam melts, about 1 minute.
- Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the bourbon and salt.
- Place back on heat and add cider vinegar, and cook down for about 5 minutes or until thick and well combines. (should coat the back of spoon)
