Peach Mustard BBQ Sauce

Peach? With Mustard? I know, how could that possibly sound good? But believe me, this is a BBQ sauce that will slap your taste buds and have you coming back for more. Put it on pork or chicken and I promise it’ll be your new summer grilling favorite, it’s just that good.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until translucent, about almost completely reduced and the mixture looks like wet sand, about 4 minutes.
  3. Whisk in both mustard and jam until jam melts, about 1 minute.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the bourbon and salt.
  5. Place back on heat and add cider vinegar, and cook down for about 5 minutes or until thick and well combines. (should coat the back of spoon)

Recipe Notes

Slap on chicken or pork to grill or use as a sauce over pulled pork.
