Ingredients
- 2 unbaked 9' pie shells
 - 3-4 ripe peaches
 - 1 Cup sugar
 - 1/3 Cup all-purpose flour
 - 2 eggs, well beaten
 - 1/2 stick butter
 - 1/4 tsp almond flavoring
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
 - Peel and slice peaches and arrange them in bottom of pie crusts
 - Mix the sugar and flour in bowl and add the well beaten eggs, melted butter and flavoring. Mix well and pour over peaches.
 - Bake until crust browns and custard thickens and sets. Time may vary from 45-60 minutes depending on your oven. Check custard from 30 minutes on. Serve with our peach ice cream!
