Instructions

  1. Mix peaches, sugar, flour, vanilla, and salt; pour in pie crust.
  2. Use other crust to lattice top of pie.
  3. Cut butter into tiny pieces and put in the holes of the lattice.
  4. Sprinkle whole top lightly with sugar.
  5. Bake in low oven 300 F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
  6. Put it on a baking sheet to cook in case juice runs out.
