If you love a sweet and smoky flavor combo, this is the dessert for you. Grilled peaches mixed and baked into a warm rich dessert will become your go to summertime dessert.

Ingredients
- 8 peaches peeled, pitted, and halved
- 1 11.5 oz Canned Peach nectar
- 1/4 cup peach schnapps
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups baking mix
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups half and half cream
- Ice cream optional
Instructions
- In a large zip lock bag, combine peaches, nectar, & schnapps.
- Seal bag and marinate for 1 hour.
- Remove peaches from marinade, save marinade.
- Grill peaches over medium high heat (350-400) for 5 minutes per side.
- Slice peaches lengthwise and set aside. Preheat oven to 350
- Put butter in 13x9 baking dish and melt in oven.
- While melting, mix baking mix, sugar, and half & half.
- Pour batter over melted butter,put peaches on top - DO NOT STIR.
- Pour reserved marinade over peaches.
- Bake 55-60 minutes til lightly golden brown.
