Enjoy your afternoon and entertain your family and friends by grilling up some Grilled Peach BBQ Chicken Wings!

Ingredients
- 2 cups BBQ sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, divided
- 2 peaches peeled, pitted and chopped
- salt
- pepper
- 24 chicken wings, separated at joints and tips discarded
- 1 cup peach jam
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoon hot sauce
- scallions, sliced for topping
Instructions
- In food processor, combine BBQ sauce and 1/2 of garlic. Add peaches and process until finely chopped; season with 1 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Reserve 1/2 cup for basting.
- In a Ziploc bag, toss together chicken wings & remaining BBQ sauce refrigerate 30 minutes.
- Combine jam, vinegar, remaining garlic, hot sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a small saucepan. Cook over med heat until slightly thickened (5 min); let cool.
- Drain and discard marinade. Oil grill racks.
- Grill chicken wings covered over med heat or broil 4" from heat for 12-16 minutes, turning. Brush with sauce.
- Grill or broil uncovered 8-10 minutes longer or until juices run clear, basting and turning several times.
- Top with chopped green scallions and serve with peach jam dipping sauce.
