This peach salad is everything you have been waiting for in a no-cook dessert: cool and creamy, sweet and tangy, and a little bit of crunch from our homegrown pecans. This is our peachy rendition of a classic southern ambrosia salad. Fruit, nuts, cool whip, and marshmallows make this a sweet southern treat perfect for potlucks, picnics, and family reunions.

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup 4x powdered sugar
- 1 12 oz cool whip
- 1 small box peach jello
- 2 cans peaches, drained or equivalent fresh save 1/4 cup juice
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chopped pecans can be toasted pecans
Instructions
- combine cream cheese and powdered sugar with mixer until smooth.
- Stir in cool whip and dry peach jello.
- Fold in peaches and 1/4 cup of juice.
- Add marshmallows and 1 cup chopped pecans.
- Stir
- Chill several hours or overnight.
